Documents Required

When applying to become an LIC agent, make sure that you have the correct documents at hand –

• 2 passport size photographs
• SSLC pass certificate
• Address proof
• PAN card

All accepted candidates are expected to undergo 25 hours of training before they are permitted to appear for the IRDA exam. This training will be conducted at an Agent's Training Centre and Divisional Training Centre by LIC. This training provides candidates with proficiency of various objectives of LIC, their policies, plans and products.
